2020 Revel Cabernet Sauvignon
Our sumptuous & fruity Cabernet is a tribute to our favorite red grape varietal grown in Calaveras County in the California Sierra Foothills. This medium-bodied wine has intense fruit aromas of black currant and tart blueberries followed by hints of vanilla. Layers of red and black fruit with a softer tannin structure extend to a long, smooth finish.
Charred, fatty red meats with seasonings that flatter cabernet such as garlic, rosemary, and porcini (dried mushrooms) offset fruit sweetness & tannins. Bring on the steak, burgers, and charcuterie!

2021 Sultry Malbec
This inviting Malbec exudes an eclectic mix of aromas such as violets, butterscotch, raspberries, and licorice. The smooth, jammy medium body exhibits notes of plum, raisin, and a hint of coffee.
